Senator Court, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 18-141, which creates the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit Fund and creates a voluntary contribution designation line (income tax checkoff) benefitting eligible Colorado nonprofit charitable organizations.  Senator Cooke distributed amendments L.001 and L.003 [Attachments A and B, respectively].
