Nancy Benham, Superintendent of the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB), introduced the appointee to the board, Martin Becerra-Miranda. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A. Mr. Becerra-Miranda spoke about his background and about why he would like to be appointed to the board.
