Senator Neville took over as committee chair.  Senator Hill, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 18-260 which concerns implementing a sunrise review of new educational services under the Private Occupational School Division in the Department of Higher Education.  He distributed amendment L.001 [Attachment A].
