Senator Hill, chair, called the meeting to order. Senator Sonnenberg, sponsor, presented House Bill 17-1176 which concerns an extension of the employment after retirement limitations for retirees of the Public Employees' Retirement Association (PERA) employed by a rural school district after retirement. The sponsor answered questions from the committee.
