Tom Jordan, chair of the Colorado School of Mines Board of Trustees, came to the table to introduce the appointees and reappointee to the board: Jesus Salazar, Charles McNeil, and Timothy Haddon. Copies of the Governor's appointment letter and the appointees' and reappointee's applications and resumes were distributed to the committee (Attachment B). Mr. Salazar spoke about his background and his passion for education. Mr. McNeil told the committee about his background, and about why he would like to be appointed to the board. Mr. Haddon spoke about his background and why he would like to be reappointed to the board. The appointees and reappointee answered questions from the committee.
