Senator Todd introduced Senate Bill 19-079,
concerning electronic prescribing of controlled substances.  The bill
requires podiatrists, physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice
nurses, and optometrists to electronically prescribe certain controlled
substances.

Bill 19-079, discussed the purpose of the bill.  He provided a handout
