Senate Bill 18-171, concerning marketplace contractor workers' compensation.
 The bill establishes a test to determine whether a marketplace contractor
is an employee or an independent contractor for the purposes of workers'
compensation and unemployment insurance benefits.  The sponsors distributed
Amendments L.002 and L.003 (Attachments E and F).
