Senator Priola introduced House Bill 18-1096
concerning special events permits for alcohol beverages. The bill removes
the provision that allows municipalities owning arts facilities to apply
for a special event permit, instead allowing any municipality, county,
or special district to do so.  Senator Priola provided a handout to
the committee (Attachment E).
