with Senate Bill 18-021, requiring the Marijuana Enforcement Division to
establish a pilot payment processing program for marijuana transactions.
 The committee heard testimony on the bill and passed Amendment L.001
(Attachment F) at the January 31 meeting.  Senator Neville offered
Amendment L.002 (Attachment G) and discussed the purpose of the amendment.
