Joe Neguse, Executive Director, DORA, introduced himself and discussed recommendation number four of the Sunset Review of the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. He provided a handout to the committee (Attachment C). Mr. Neguse responded to questions from the committee.

Mr. Larson discussed the regulation of motor vehicles and power sports vehicles and reviewed the additional recommendations of the report. The committee received a copy of the Sunset Report (Attachment D). Mr. Larson responded to questions from the committee regarding the recommendations.
