Vivienne Belmont, DORA, came to the table to discuss the 2016 Sunset Review for the Division of Insurance. She described the current responsibilities of the Division and the recommendations of the Sunset Report. The committee received a copy of the Report (Attachment C) and a copy of the draft bill (Attachment D). Ms. Belmont responded to questions from the committee.

John Horan, Horan-McConaty funeral homes, spoke about regulation of pre-need funeral service providers. He provided a handout to the committee (Attachment E). He responded to comments from the committee.
