Resources, discussed the Coal Mine Board of Examiners and introduced board
appointee Justin Fedinec.  Mr. Fedinec introduced himself to the committee
and discussed his interest in serving on the board.  He responded
to questions from the committee.

Senator Hinrichsen and Senator Pelton B., co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 23-159 to the committee. This bill continues the Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council in Colorado State University, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2023. The sponsors requested that the committee hear testimony on the bill but lay it over for action only.
