Legislative Council Staff, presented on the process to write and edit the
Blue Book Ballot analyses. She described the materials included for each
analysis, including the final draft, the last draft mailed, the last set
of comments received, a contact list, and the final text of each measure.
Ms. Mullis discussed the process to print and mail the Blue Book. Finally,
she discussed a change to the fiscal impact information for Proposition
121.
