	09:06:42 AM	Julia Richman, Deputy Director of the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT), provided an update to the committee. Throughout the presentation, Ms. Richman responded to questions from the committee regarding vendor contract analysis, OIT's responses to past audits, change management plans, and the state's technical debt.

	09:53:37 AM	Mollie Bradlee and James Sleeger, representing the Colorado Department of Human Services Office of Children, Youth, and Families, and Rita DeGrange, representing OIT, presented an update to the committee on the Trails Modernization project.
