Committee discussion ensued regarding travel dates. Ms. Donaldson responded to a question about the overall goals for travel during the interim. 08:01:16 AM Committee members agreed in principle to a four-day field trip to western Colorado in early June (Attachment A). 08:02:26 AM Ms. Reilly proposed a late summer tour to northeastern Colorado (Attachment B). Committee discussion ensued. The committee agreed in principle to a three-day field trip in early September. 08:09:23 AM Ms. Reilly described a final field trip to southeastern Colorado in October (Attachment C) and proposed that the committee set a meeting date in November. Ms. Heersink described the debt issuance for the institution's refinancing. Ms. Heersink responded to a question from the committee regarding the duration of the debt service. 08:16:53 AM Motion Approve and recommend to the Joint Budget Committee the proposed refunding of up to $34 million of existing intercept debt for Adams State University.
