Brita Darling discussed the interim committee rules for bills, drafting, and fiscal notes. Josh Abram, Legislative Council Staff (LCS), described some of the deadlines for bill drafting and the preparation of fiscal notes should the committee request bill drafts or want to forward/sponsor legislation for the 2018 session.
