Representative Hamrick, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 23-1056 and distrubuted a handout to the committee (Attachment A). The bill modernizes record keeping of state publications by expanding the definition of “records” to include digital media and eliminates a requirement that the State Archives receive physical copies of agency publications.
