The bill creates the Colorado Electronic Preservation of Abandoned Estate Planning Documents Act. The act provides a procedure to determine if an original estate planning document is abandoned, and the process to create an electronic estate planning document.

Amendment L.004 was distributed to the committee (Attachment A).  Representative Snyder and Representative Roberts answered questions about amendment L.004 and the bill.
