Representative Michaelson Jenet, bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-217. Under current law, the Board of Commissioners for Veterans Community Living Centers is scheduled to repeal on July 1, 2017. The bill eliminates the repeal date of the board, continuing it indefinitely.
