Saul Larsen, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), presented to the committee on the sunset review for Home Food Service Plans. The DORA report on the sunset review and a draft bill were distributed to committee members (Attachment D and E).

Mr. Larsen explained the DORA recommendation regarding oversight of Home Food Service Plans and referenced Attachment D.  Mr. Larsen responded to committee questions.
