Representatives Bockenfeld and Snyder, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 23-049.  The bill changes the qualification criteria for the special-mobile-machinery registration exempt program to allow owners of 250 pieces of machinery or more to participate. Written testimon for SB 23-049 is included as Attachment A.
