Representative D. Valdez presented House Bill 20-1190 to the committee, along with amendment L.001 (Attachment B).  The bill allows a veteran with a disability to be exempted from paying registration fees and specific ownership tax without being issued the disabled veteran license plate.

Representatives Larson and Singer presented House Bill 20-1230 to the committee.  The bill continues the the licensing of occupational therapists and assistants in the Department of Regulatory Agencies, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2020.
