Representatives Landgraf and Beckman presented House Bill 19-1058 to the committee, along with a handout (Attachment A) and  amendments L.002, L.003, and L.004 (Attachments B, C, and D, respectively).  The bill creates a state income tax credit for employers who provide paid family leave.  It also creates a state income tax deduction for employees and employers who make contributions to a family leave savings account.
