He next briefed the committee about revisions to the fiscal notes form. Committee members received a copy of an annotated fiscal notes guide [Attachment A]. 09:59:53 AM Ms. Kate Watkins, Legislative Council Staff, addressed a question about how revenue will be shown in fiscal notes for bills that continue tax expenditures and for programs continued through sunset bills. HB18-1031 - Referred to the Committee of the Whole 10:09:08 AM Representatives Melton and Ransom, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 18-1031, which modifies statutory provisions related to the Fire and Police Pension Association's (FPPA) partial entry program. The partial entry program permits FPPA members to remain covered by the statewide money purchase plan or to join the defined benefit plan.
