Joint Budget Committee Briefing pursuant to Joint Rule 25 - Committee Discussion Only


	09:55:18 AM	Senator Moreno introduced the Joint Budget Committee (JBC) to the committee. Senator Moreno gave overview of the Departments and divisions that the House Energy and Enivronment committee has oversight of.
	09:58:08 AM	Representative Hansen explained the purpose of the JBC briefing pursuant to Joint Rule 25, and that the JBC would explain the budget requests that were submitted by the Governor to the JBC that pertained to the House Energy and Environment Committee.
	10:00:15 AM	The JBC presented on the budget request that pertained to the Colorado Energy Office. This budget request increases the Electric Vehicle Grant Fund within the Colorado Energy Office.
	10:04:16 AM	The JBC presented on the budget request that pertained to the the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) within the Department of Natural Resources. This budget request increases staffing within COGCC.
	10:05:37 AM	The JBC responded to questions from the committee.
	10:17:52 AM	Committee discussion ensued.
