Commissioner, Colorado Department of Education (CDE), Dr. Melissa Colsman,
Associate Commissioner of Student Learning, CDE, and Jennifer Okes, Chief
Operating Officer, CDE gave an updated presentation on coordinating expanded
learning opportunities to follow up from their presentation in March. The
presentation is included as Attachment A.

Representatives Kipp and Boesenecker, co-sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 21-104. The bill continues the Special Education Fiscal Advisory Committee in the Department of Education, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2021.
