Ms. Belmont responded to questions from the committee regarding the report and DORA's recommendations based on the sunset review.

Mr. Horwitz provided the committee with two examples of letter rulings issued by DOR (Attachments E and F). Mr. Horwitz and Ms. Egbert responded to questions from the committee regarding DOR's Taxation Division's operations, the sunset review, and DORA's recommendations.
