Marshal Weaver, representing self, testified in support of the bill. He discussed community corrections access for individuals on probation with misdemeanors.

Matthew Norris, representing self, testified in support of the bill.

Committee members asked questions about  community corrections and the criminal justice system.  Discussion followed about root causes, such as housing and trauma.
