Representatives Garcia-Sander and Lukens, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 25-147. The bill designates the Public Employees' Retirement Association as a local public body under open meetings laws, establishes term limits for trustees, requires that certain financial information be posted on the association's website, and clarifies the board's authority.
