Senator Pettersen, co-prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 19-1287 to the committee.  The bill enacts several initiatives to improve access to behavioral health care and substance use disorder treatment services, including the development of a web-based behavioral health capacity tracking system, establishment of a care navigation program, and creation of a capacity building grant program.

Temporary Guidelines for Review and Comment Meetings

The House will meet in limited session on Thursday, April 2nd. The Senate adjourned. The Capitol will be open for the duration of the session for those with essential business related to the session.
