Esther Van Mourik, Office of Legislative Legal Services, discussed legislation related to sales and use taxes that was passed during the 2019 session, including: Senate Bill 19-006 (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-006); House Bill 19-1240 (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb19-1240); and House Bill 19-1245 (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb19-1245). Ms. Van Mourik responded to questions from task force members.

Ms. Van Mourik continued with her discussion of House Bill 19-1240. Task force members continued with a discussion related to the changes made under the bill.

Ms. Van Mourik continued with a discussion of House Bill 19-1245. The task force also discussed the relation between House Bill 19-1245 and House Bill 19-1168. Meredith Moon, Legislative Council Staff, responded to questions from task force members related to the impact of the vendor fee change made by House Bill 19-1245.
