concerning additional functions of the Public-private Collaboration Unit
for public projects that provide housing.  The bill proposes that
the unit use proceeds from real estate transactions and public-private
agreements; that the unit act as an agent on behalf of the department for
real estate transactions; and establishes a request for information to
solicit public projects.
