Senator Kerr, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 18-004 to the committee. The bill requires additional funding for full-day kindergarten and refers a measure to voters allowing the state to retain and spend revenue above the constitutionally allowed limit. Senator Kerr distributed amendment L.001 [Attachment B] and explained that the amendment updates future appropriation estimates in the bill.
