Anne McGihon and Don Mielke, Uniform Law Commission, testified in support of the bill.  The commissioners responded to clarifying questions from the committee.  The commissioners distributed a handout on the Athlete Agents Act (Attachment J), an endorsement of the act (Attachment K), and a memorandum regarding the Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act (Attachment L).
