Senator Priola, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 19-1213. Under current law, members of the board of directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) receive compensation that cannot exceed $1,200 per year, or $75 per meeting attended. This bill increases these amounts to not exceed $2,400 per year, and $100 per meeting, which is the same amounts provided under current law for other special district board members.

Temporary Guidelines for Review and Comment Meetings

The House will meet in limited session on Thursday, April 2nd. The Senate adjourned. The Capitol will be open for the duration of the session for those with essential business related to the session. The building will not be available for public tours.
