Senators Fields and Tate explained Senate Bill 20-033.   The bill establishes a Medicaid buy-in program for working adults with disabilities who are 65 or older.  Julie Reiskin, representing the Colorado Cross Disability Coalition, testified in support of the bill and distributed two handouts (Attachments A and B).
